职责描述:
1.Responsible for resolving customer’s enquiries by phone call or emails. Working with other function to find solution and feedback to customers.
2.Provides after-sale service to customer, such as: Lead time check, delivery check, payment issue, invoice issues, work flow inquiry, contract approval management and so on.
3.Process goods return and ensure customer has smooth experience in returning goods to RS
4.Follow up on all Open Orders and Back Orders to meet billing targets
